There is a sticked pattern here very girly, big oversized bow tied on side, lots of bling and a squared off shaped w/ top handle bag. Oh and don't forget most usually comes with more charm than you can wave a majic wand at. That is the theme to every Jucy Couture Daydreamer collection. I'm finding these are like those important "can not live with out" collectors pieces.
There are a few staples you must start with one being the Heritage Crest version. This one has actually just had a make over starting in 2011. The once LOVE G & P and Born in the Glamorous USA slogan has disappeared. Yes can you believe that? Poof GONE Nadda! This has been replace by the new (is it improved?) version with the Scotty Dogs and a revised shield. No mention of Pam and Gela, the founders of Juicy Couture (Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor) which is what G&P stood for. The orgional symbol was P&G but was replace a few years back due to copyright issues. Any of you Die Hard Juicy Lovin snipers might want to grab anything with the Love G&P on it. As of 2011 it is gone. See the Bag above for the new Version of the heritage Crest.

Disney has a new Hit on its hands with the teen show Shake it up. Dancing a great new Hip Hop routine week to week on the fictitious "shake it up Chicago" TV show. What Glee is to Singing this Disney creation is to the Dance world. But who would have guessed would have been a new Fashion world icon. Well it seems to be and CeCe Jones ( Bella Thorne) and her best bud Rocky Blue (Zendaya) appear in layers of leopard, cool graphic tees, nulti stripe everything, ripped jeans and lots of colorful get ups yelling out "follow our new style" to everyone watching episode after episode. But I would have to say it would only be a shot time before we saw them in something simply spectacular... And yes WE did.

Both got dressed up fashista style ready to attend their bosses big dinner party recently. "Surprise" we see them decked out in Betsey Johnson I'm saying to yo both of them in Betsey Johnson Evening Dresses. Bella Thorne in the Betsey Johnson Teal and Yellow Leopard Sequin Show Dress and Rocky in a Pink Sweet Caroline with Black sash dress. The Sweet Caroline Dress actually comes with a gorgeous Black Bow in back. This must have been removed for the show. Also it is strapless in The original version. The costume designer on the show also must have added a ruffle one shoulder strap which does not come on the dress. The Betsey Johnson Sequin Leopard dress worn by CeCe looks like it has not been altered from the original Betsey Johnson. Once more Betsey Johnson makes a TV fashion Splash. Now for an even younger crowd.

Both of these dresses would be so perfect for upcoming Prom, Sweet Sixteen, Spring Weddings, Sorority Dances or Bat Mitzvahs.

I so hope to see more fabulous fashion in Movies and on TV. I am sure we have not seen the last of Celebrity sightings. I mean these are spectacular and so fun to watch fun to follow and of course even more fun to wear.

The show started with a home made type movie with Betsey Johnson on a bike... Ride me written across the back of her Black with white biker jacket, White and black leggings, pig tales and most of all wearing one huge smile. I think she must wake up every day of her life dead set on experiencing happiness and excitement with each breath she takes. And Im telling you that is infectious and there should be a law requiring the rest of the world to play along with her.

Tour Le Betsey and she wins...........

Before the show started during a pre show interview she mentioned an old home movie she recently discovered of her and her family riding bikes. This movie had not been seen by her and no one knew it excited until after her shown theme had been planned. During the fashion show the back screen showed her riding through NY and as if a camera was on her bike showing us her journey. In the end the small movie clip of her as a child on a bike was shown. This is a clip of her. At the end of the show she rides her bike onto the runway :) gets off the bike, is handed a trophy, hugs her family and of course gives us the signature Cartwheel before falling down on the Red Carpet.

All of the models adorned Blingy Rhinestone Necklaces that ready RIDE ME......Now I know I'll be looking for one of those.

Note: The dresses worn in the finale were all hand painted last minute by Betsey Johnson herself. She said they were lovely but a little plain for her taste so she got out some paint and went at it. BETSEY FUN AND FABULOUS! All the dresses in the finale will be auctioned off for the Charity to raise money for Breast Cancer Reserach. Betsey herself as Breast Cancer Survivor is very devoted to the cause. Bravo once again Betsey and Xx to you!

I start with my favorite of the night. Not just because of Fashion but because of her winning moment and have to say I just love these two in every one..During the red carpet I thought WOW Kyra was just fabulously perfect. Then when she won for Best Actress in a Drama and kissed her long time Hubby so sweetly allowing us to peak in on their MOMENT! OH my! I not only thought she looked Fantastic I just fell in love with them both AGAIN and AGAIN. She virtually floated up the stairs in that Deep Rose Gown. Standing making her acceptance speech in Bifocals, I thought Real Life Glamorous hollywood lives breaths and permeates in Kyra Sedgwick. How can you not just LOVE her? This might have been one of my favorite fashion moments of the night! There is was at that moment my best dress pick of the night! And believe me there were many to choose from. So many Got it RIGHT!
Kyra thanked all the usuals and ended with Saying thank you to her kids for allowing her to fly away when she needed to.. And who are now flying away themselves. Her last of three just left to go away to college this fall. And to her one and only Love Kev... and to quote him, "lets all be good to each other".

I also loved...

"We saw Navy (the new black this year) and lots of Black and White!"

No one rocked navy on the red carpet like Lea Michele. The "Glee" star (who is no stranger to our best-dressed lists) was the epitome of elegance in a strapless Oscar De La Renta gown with a ruffled bottom.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus stepped out in black (the other color of the evening), wearing a sleeveless Narciso Rodriguez gown.

"Vampire Diaries" s Nina looked so, so glam in an one-shoulder, peach Zuhair Murad dress.
Claire Danes (who took home an award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries!) Shows up what old hollywood sparkle should look like. Claire wore this stunning sparkly Armani Prive gown. She was amazing right?

Dianna Agron from Glee at Emmys 2010 Red Carpet in Black Shear lovely Lace. Hit it just right. She is always so Beautiful right?

I think in the fashion and beauty dictionary she is listed under most lovely new comer of 2010 :)

I say YES Heidi of Project Runway you are always Runway amazing Xx Muaaa to you.

August 28, 2010 -- The 2010 Emmys are here and tomorrow the celebrities will arrive, one-by-one in their limos to one of the biggest award shows for television. While we all love checking out the fashion and hearing about what projects the stars are working on, it is important to talk fast.
The Emmys, like any other award show, have lots of people who want to chat with the stars and then there is an award show. So to make things fair, everyone gets three minutes with each celebrity (or less) and nothing more.
If you love award shows as much as we do, this little tidbit of information helps us all understand why an interesting, live conversation is always interrupted by someone with a stopwatch. (Those mean publicists!) And those boring conversations that we wish would end, well someone must of lost a watch with those as they are never stopped (or so it seems).
The Emmy Awards red carpet has platforms (imagine being at a fair and there are booths standing side by side) for the celebrities to stop and chat. Of course the bigger the celebrity magazine, the more likely the celebrity will stop. There is a catch though! None of the celebrities who walk the red carpet are required to stop so they can just walk right on by and wave!
The Emmys are going to be on NBC Sunday live.

So far only rumors are flying but soon we will have our answer. Cast will be announced Monday August 30 during the Bachelor Pad. Does that mean we have to watch that show? HAHA Not another one to get secretly hooked on.!

‘Dancing With the Stars’ cast leaks include David Hasselhoff, Margaret Cho, Bristol Palin, the Situation, Rick Fox

As usual, entertainment news programs are diligently releasing “leaked” names of the upcoming cast of “Dancing With the Stars.” The cast is supposed to be announced in full Monday night during “Bachelor Pad” in some sort of pseudo press conference set up.
Here’s what we know so far, with E! Entertainment (a reasonably reliable source) providing the most complete list. Three have reasonable Atlanta ties:

-Margaret Cho (”Drop Dead Diva”) – The part-time Peachtree City resident has had years of success as a stand-up comic and did a modest bit of dancing on the opener of season two of “Drop Dead Diva.” (right) She should at least be able to parry with the judges quite well.
- Bristol Palin. Yes, she’s famous thanks to her mom and her teen pregnancy. From a train wreck perspective, she’s the Kate Gosselin of this particular season. Could she dance any worse?
- David Hasselhoff. He lived here in Atlanta for awhile, not that anybody here is proud of that. The “Baywatch”/”Knight Rider” star theoretically can sing so can he do a paso doble, too?
- Florence Henderson. At age 76, the “Brady Bunch” star is the token old person this season. That means sympathy votes, at least for the first couple of weeks.
- Rick Fox. The NBA star and actor plays Harry on “Tyler Perry’s Meet the Browns” on TBS. That appears to be his Atlanta connection. Athletes almost always do well in this competition.
- Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino. The 27-year-old Staten Island breakout star of “The Jersey Shore” is probably going to spend more time with his shirt off than on during this competition. Does all that working out and pump fisting equal rhythm?
-Audrina Partridge (”The Hills”) – I don’t care either. But there she is.
- Jennifer Grey (”Dirty Dancing”) – With her background from “Dirty Dancing,” she theoretically should do well here. But that was 1987. Her career, unlike that of the late Patrick Swayze, did not take off.
- Brandy – The R&B star has done her fair share of reality shows including her current VH1 with her brother Ray J. So this is a natural. And given the track record of past R&B entertainers, she is expected to do well.
-Michael Bolton – The overwrought R&B singer hasn’t been seen much lately but he was hot in the 1990s. Hard to tell if he can dance. I doubt he’s done much in his videos (but I’m loathe to check again for sure.)

Rachel Zoe may have been sitting front-row at the world's best fashion shows for a long time. She may have been friends with some of the world's top designers for years, too. And she may have been dressing some of the most famous women in the world for some of their most important public appearances for a while as well. But there is always that disconnect between fashion and celebrity:
A tribe in fashion wants the industry to thrive independent of celebrity-driven exposure, while another group would be thrilled to send out daily press releases showcasing celebrities going out for a jog in a certain label's socks. All too often, pure fashion is high-brow, and celebrity fashion is low-brow.
It seems the more exposure fashion personalities like Zoe get, the more they're likely to gravitate toward the more commercial and celebrity veins of work. Fellow reality-television prodigy Christian Siriano will pack his front rows with as many celebrities as he can wrangle, and align with cleaning sponges, for example. But Zoe seems to be moving seamlessly between the world of high fashion, mass fashion, and celebrity. Zoe styled a shoot for the new issue of Love, an impressive gig for a true fashion lover's magazine. This season on The Rachel Zoe Project, we've seen some of the best behind-the-scenes industry footage reality-television cameras have ever captured. Demi Moore and Harper's Bazaar allowed Bravo cameras into Moore's awesome cover shoot, which was the best look the public has gotten at this kind of work in recent memory.
The level of access was surprising, since all too often magazines and celebrities want this kind of thing kept secret. Meanwhile, Zoe continues her gigs with everywoman brands like Piperlime and QVC, while becoming an even more famous celebrity in her own right. So Zoe is in a rare position, but one that is fascinating to watch, where elitist and mass fashion exist in harmony. Maybe she's another sign of the times, and maybe she's also not the only one will be able to maintain her fashion cred while hawking $30 faux-fur vests. ( I love her Faux Fur Vests or any faux fur anything for that matter)
I actually think she has made high fashion an easy to see say and understand for the masses. And most likely has infused new life (and money) into an elite and most often only for a "few" form of fashion. Right? We all may not be able to afford a Couture Marc Jacobs Gown.Or anywhere to wear one if I had one. I don't know about you but I have not gotten my Oscars invite yet? But I bet most of us would now love to own a Marc Jacobs Clutch Wallet or neck scarf. This alone will breath new life in the form of purchases from the everyday gal. Queen of fun and fashion, Betsey Johnson, is working on redeveloping her signature '80s perfume to release to the masses. Since very few of us got our hands on it the first time, it's going to be awesome... especially since Betsey's making some cool claims about the scent.

I might be biased about the perfume, since Betsey's an alumna of my uni (Syracuse) and has always been on my radar. Hear me out, though--she's pretty darn cool and revamping that boutique-only scent wasn't easy.

The fragrance from the '80s was copied very closely, Betsey explained, after news of her joining forces with Inter Parfums hit. On top of the copied scent, it sounds like cosmetics and a wider perfume collection will soon be coming our way.

"The agreement runs through 2015 and covers sales to Betsey Johnson stores, both in shops and online. There is also a licensing component that lets Inter Parfums sell the products to specialty and department stores," the Associated Press reported this week.

Only a few people got the chance to smell the original Betsey Johnson boutique-only scent from the '80s, but if you'd like to, you'll have your chance soon, because the design house has teamed up with fragrance maker Inter Parfums for a new perfume that Betsey says is "as close as we could [get to the original formula]."

Betsey also promises that "It ain't gonna be au natural, sweet, foodlike — like chocolate — [or] patchouli." And she declares that it will bring the menfolk a-running. "If I don't get compliments [on a fragrance], if guys don't like it, I throw it out the window," she says. If you're curious to see what this nonsweet honeytrap of a perfume smells like, it'll be out in Betsey's boutiques and online next month. What do you think? Do you like the idea of this retread, or do you think Betsey should have covered some new territory?

A special note from ME (Jennifer) I was told today from a source at Betsey Johnson it is possible the Scent from the Past to be released soon will be a limited run and then replaced by the new fragrance launching next year. Just passing on what I have heard but Hmmmmmmm maybe this means we should all scarf up the Vintage Fragrance as it wont be around for long WINK!
